After days, weeks and months of searching for Snowy Owls in Michigan and western NY (WNY), we've never knew there's one within a mile of where we live!! Just posted a few here but other pictures can be seen in my (linked) blog! The days we were out to snap it (after searching for it over a half hour) in the extreme freezing temperatures (in the teens with wind factor) and with gusty blowing winds, but we braved the cold and were rewarded with some fabulous images!!!
