This is just one of two Trees that sit along the side of the rushing waters of the upper Niagara River. In Winter these two Trees - almost at the crest of the American Falls - are bare of leaves BUT come Spring, both flourish once again, both a venerable witness to the many changes this area of the Falls have experienced, and hopefully will bear witness to many more changes in the coming decades.
