Description

The Wings over Batavia airshow should have been titled FIRE over Batavia instead! They the night portion of the airshow as a "nightshow with choreographed fireworks featuring aerobatic performances". And that is what it was! Just TRY to imagine a night airshow featuring a darkened aircraft flying through the sky spewing fireworks along its path. Then imagine that same aircraft in the dark night sky floating among exploding fireworks over the runway! It was indeed an airshow AND an incredible fireworks airshow!
